刚刚有几位Shopify独立站卖家微信找我说自己的Shopify账户无法登陆了。排查了一遍之后，发现他们的网站有一个共同的特征 – 卖口罩了。有的打广告出单了，有的只是上架了产品，但是没有销售。我联系了Shopify的英文客服问了下，客服的回复很简单直接
如果你的口罩价格是疫情之前正常的价格，那没有问题，否则就是价格欺诈，价格欺诈是违反了Shopify的AUP（Acceptable Use Policy）的。
目前Shopify针对“口罩价格欺诈”的卖家采取的行动，可能是先通过邮件发送提醒，或者先临时暂停掉你的Shopify账户。因此对于卖口罩或者测温计等等产品，尚未封号的卖家来说，应该尽快修改口罩类产品价格，或者下架口罩类产品。
已经封号的卖家，请再三查收你的邮箱，包括垃圾箱里面是否有Shopify官方发送的邮件标题为“Urgent: Temporary Account Suspension”类的邮件。并按照邮件内容的指示修改产品信息，然后回复邮件提交申诉。
没有收到邮件的再等等，或者直接联系Shopify英文客服处理。
